·       A university degree in Computer Science.    

·       Minimum 5 years of experience in Information Technology.

·       Experience with banking industry systems is desirable, but not mandatory.

·       Confident, eager and willing to take on new challenges.

·       Cooperative with good interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

·       Good written and verbal communication.

·       Fluent in verbal and written English.

 Special Skills for the Job

• Computer science/Information system certificates, with 3-5 years banking systems technical experience
• (with main experience in one or more of the following applications:
• CRM, e-Payment, Cards, Oracle ERP (HRM), Money Laundry, Compliance, FATCA, Internet Banking, SharePoint.
• Programming language one or more of the following (C, C++, Java, JavaScript, ORACLE, SQL, Pl/SQL, ASP.NET, Ruby,Python, XML and Soap XML…etc.
  
• Very good in database query tuning and optimization.
• Very good data analysis, application troubleshooting skills, debugging software programs.
• Very good experience in developing system interfaces.

Main Responsibilites:

• Participate in support functions including day-to-day project support, working closely with Vendor, Business team, Operations, and end users.
  
• Gather and analyze application logs and performance metrics and work with IT members to troubleshoot and debug application issues.
• Identify and implement improvements to application logging, reporting, and monitoring.
• Customization for core banking and other Channels systems.
• UAT Test planning (Scope, duration) /UAT support for user.
• Develop integration layers between core banking and other systems using such
  programming language Java, Python, DotNet or different software technologies.
• Deployment of service releases, patches, requests and customizations.

We’re looking for Information Technology fresh graduates who

The IT Graduates will join various teams across our IT department 

in the Bank. Their responsibilities will vary dependent on the role 

they have been allocated to.

What we are looking for:

- Graduates with Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or IT 

Engineering.

- From 0 to 2 years of experience.

- Genuinely interested in developing a career in IT.

- Good team players with the ability to work in a collaborative and 

team-oriented manner with other teams.

- Very good written and oral communication.

- English Fluency is a must.

Job description

• Handle and solve the common application problems and bugs.
• Administrate applications and conduct on the job training to level one support.
• Check the integrity of the daily operations of the core banking system.
• IN-house customization for core banking and other systems.
• Deploy the changes which have been done by vendors and test it to ensure that it is functioning as per the agreed upon requirement.
