Special Skills for the Job

Computer science/Information system certificates, with 3-5 years banking systems technical experience
(with main experience in one or more of the following applications:
CRM, e-Payment, Cards, Oracle ERP (HRM), Money Laundry, Compliance, FATCA, Internet Banking, SharePoint.
Programming language one or more of the following (C, C++, Java, JavaScript, ORACLE, SQL, Pl/SQL, ASP.NET, Ruby,Python, XML and Soap XML…etc.
Very good in database query tuning and optimization.
Very good data analysis, application troubleshooting skills, debugging software programs.
Very good experience in developing system interfaces.

Main Responsibilites:

Participate in support functions including day-to-day project support, working closely with Vendor, Business team, Operations, and end users.
Gather and analyze application logs and performance metrics and work with IT members to troubleshoot and debug application issues.
Identify and implement improvements to application logging, reporting, and monitoring.
Customization for core banking and other Channels systems.
UAT Test planning (Scope, duration) /UAT support for user.
Develop integration layers between core banking and other systems using such
programming language Java, Python, DotNet or different software technologies.
Deployment of service releases, patches, requests and customizations.
