Special Skills for the Job
- Computer science/Information system certificates, with 3-5 years banking systems technical experience
- (with main experience in one or more of the following applications:
- CRM, e-Payment, Cards, Oracle ERP (HRM), Money Laundry, Compliance, FATCA, Internet Banking, SharePoint.
- Programming language one or more of the following (C, C++, Java, JavaScript, ORACLE, SQL, Pl/SQL, ASP.NET, Ruby,Python, XML and Soap XML…etc.
- Very good in database query tuning and optimization.
- Very good data analysis, application troubleshooting skills, debugging software programs.
- Very good experience in developing system interfaces.
Main Responsibilites:
- Participate in support functions including day-to-day project support, working closely with Vendor, Business team, Operations, and end users.
- Gather and analyze application logs and performance metrics and work with IT members to troubleshoot and debug application issues.
- Identify and implement improvements to application logging, reporting, and monitoring.
- Customization for core banking and other Channels systems.
- UAT Test planning (Scope, duration) /UAT support for user.
- Develop integration layers between core banking and other systems using such
programming language Java, Python, DotNet or different software technologies. - Deployment of service releases, patches, requests and customizations.
